1/ Vous déposez le véhicule directement au port d’embarquement (Le Havre) chez notre agent
Après lui avoir remis les documents pour douane, vous établissez ensemble un constat détaillé de votre véhicule et déposez  votre véhicule sur les quais accompagné de notre agent.
Nouveau ! Après avoir déposé votre véhicule, notre agent peut vous déposer gratuitement à la Gare du Havre.
2/ Nous prenons en charge votre véhicule à domicile (ou à l’adresse de votre choix).
Moyennant un supplément variable en fonction de la localisation du véhicule en France métropolitaine , notre transporteur spécialiste de l’automobile viendra récupérer véhicule. Votre véhicule sera transporté au Havre sur châssis Porte-Voiture (Jamais de convoyage!).

  • Nous vous proposons 2 à 3 départs mensuels avec une durée de traversée de + ou – 28 jours

Après le départ du navire du Havre, nous vous confirmons le bon embarquement de votre véhicule et vous pouvez suivre la traversée du navire sur Internet. Nous vous contactons ensuite quelques jours avant l’arrivée du navire à la Réunion pour vous informer de sa date d’arrivée précise. Votre véhicule est récupérable sous 1 à 2 jours dans 95% des cas.
Pratique : Nous pouvons venir vous chercher à la gare routière du Port ou de la Possession si vous venez à nos bureaux en bus.

Nous vous proposons deux types d’assurance comme suit :

  • Assurance TOUS RISQUES
  • Assurance « FAP Sauf »

Le Conseil EXPEDOM : Faites vérifier auprès de votre assureur Auto actuel si le transport maritime fait partie de vos garanties souscrites. Si tel est le cas, votre véhicule est déjà assuré contre les risques inhérents au transport maritime ! Il n’y a alors aucun intérêt à souscrire une seconde assurance auprès de nos services !

La totalité de notre prestation doit être réglée par vos soins avant l’embarquement par chèque, CB ou virement.

Si vous le souhaitez, nous vous proposons également la possibilité de nous régler en 2 fois sans frais de la manière suivante :

  • Acompte minimum de 30% du montant total lors de votre réservation.
  • Solde avant le retrait de votre véhicule. (CB ou virement, chèque non accepté)

Pour réserver votre transport, rien de plus simple ! Cliquez sur « Devis instantané » ou sur « Je réserve mon transport » et laissez vous guider ! Votre réservation sera réputée acquise dès lors que nous aurons reçu votre règlement ou acompte. Nous vous enverrons alors toutes les informations/instructions et autres documents nécessaires pour que votre transport se passe dans les meilleures conditions.
Le Conseil EXPEDOM : Pour préparer sereinement le transport de votre véhicule, pensez à réserver votre transport idéalement deux à trois semaines à l’avance (ou plus c’est encore mieux!)

Si le fait de charger votre véhicule avec vos effets personnels ne vous intéresse pas, nous vous proposons le transport de véhicule sur navire roulier, plus économique et tout aussi rapide.

Le principal inconvénient de ce mode de transport est que votre véhicule doit être impérativement vide de tout effet personnel ou autre marchandise, seul les accessoires du véhicule sont tolérés à l’intérieur (gilet de sécurité, triangle etc…). Si vous laissez des effets à l’intérieur, sachez qu’ils voyagent à vos risques et périls, et par expérience, ils « disparaissent » très souvent…
