Les droits et Taxes
Si la TVA a été acquittée dans le pays d’achat, elle n’est pas récupérable à la Réunion. Nous vous facturerons l’octroi de mer et l’octroi de mer régional lorsque le véhicule arrivera à la Réunion.
La valeur de référence utilisée par l’administration des douanes pour calculer le montant des droits et taxes est composée de la manière suivante:
Valeur Argus du véhicule (minorée de 15% pour la vétusté si le véhicule est acheté auprès d’un particulier puis minorée de la TVA si elle a déjà été acquittée)) + Cout du transport + Cout de l’assurance, Nous appellerons cette valeur la valeur CAF (Cout-Assurance-Fret)
Le montant des taxes se calcule ensuite de la manière suivante:
* Octroi de Mer (OM):
Il est fonction de la cylindrée du véhicule. Plus la voiture est puissante, plus l’octroi de mer sera important. Voici les taux d’octroi de mer en vigueur à ce jour:
– Cylindrée inférieure à 1000 cm3: 10.5% sur la valeur CAF
– Cylindrée comprise entre 1000 et 1500 cm3: 15.5% sur la valeur CAF
– Cylindrée comprise entre 1500 et 2000 cm3: 20.5% sur la valeur CAF
– Cylindrée comprise entre 2000 et 2500 cm3: 25.5% sur la valeur CAF
– Cylindrée supérieure à 2500cm3: 34% sur la valeur CAF
* Octroi de Mer Régional (OMR) :
Le pourcentage d’octroi de mer régional est fixe qu’importe le modèle ou la cylindrée du véhicule, il est égal à 2.5% de la valeur CAF.

*Si achat auprès d’un professionnel: Facture d’achat.
*Si achat auprès d’un particulier: Attestation de valeur Argus à retirer sur l’Argus.fr ou lacentrale.fr
*Carte grise barrée accompagnée du certificat de cession.
